On your second visit, we teach the basics of how to keep your spine and body healthy for a lifetime. We also educate on the consequences of a damaged spine and outline how we go about correcting the spine if it is damaged.

Lastly, we review your exam results, summarize any damage found, and outline a plan to correct the damage.
